The above meeting will be held on Wednesday, 27^th November 2019, commencing at 7.45 pm.

The following business will be transacted:

1. Confirm the minutes of the AGM held on 26th November 2018.
2. Receive and, if approved, adopt the annual Accounts of the Club.
3. Elect and appoint the officials and general members of the committee to serve until the succeeding AGM.
4. Appoint an Auditor.

A member wishing to stand for a position on the committee will require a proposer and seconder, each of whom should be a member.
