Whitkirk Cricket Club (‘the Club’)
Notice of Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’)
The above meeting will be held on Monday, 29 November 2021, commencing at 7.45 pm.
The following business will be transacted:
- Confirm the minutes of the AGM held on 27 November 2019.
- Receive and, if approved, adopt the Annual Accounts of the Club.
- Elect and appoint the officials and general members of the committee to serve until the succeeding AGM.
- Appoint an Auditor.
A member wishing to stand for a position on the committee will require a proposer and seconder, each of whom should be a member. The nomination must be in the hands of the Secretary by Monday, 22 November. Any questions should be addressed to the Secretary, John Pickles, at secretary@whitkirkcc.org.uk.
